What kind of coaching does Viktor Dryndak offer?
Viktor Dryndak works as Personal Coach and translates diagnostic results into individual training and everyday routines — movement, load management, sleep, recovery. Coaching is always embedded in your physician-designed protocol. Viktor Dryndak is part of the Longevity Rooms Frankfurt team (Schillerstraße 31, 60313 Frankfurt am Main).
Do I need prior training experience to work with Viktor?
No. Viktor works with both competitive athletes and patients returning to movement after strain or surgery. The program follows your current capacity, not a fixed standard.
What does a typical session with Viktor look like?
A session lasts 45–60 minutes and combines mobilization, targeted strength training and load or recovery work. Where useful, home routines are discussed that can be done in 10–15 minutes a day.
How does Viktor's coaching fit with medical treatment?
Viktor works closely with the medical team. Diagnostic results (e.g. VO₂max, body composition, hormone status) feed directly into training planning. Coaching is part of the longevity protocol — not an add-on.
