Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

§ 1 Scope & contracting parties

These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to all services of Longevity Rooms GmbH, Schiller Str. 31, 60313 Frankfurt am Main ("Longevity Rooms") toward consumers (§ 13 BGB) and businesses (§ 14 BGB). Conflicting terms become part of the contract only with explicit written consent.

§ 2 Services

Preventive, regenerative and personalised medical services across Longevity Medicine, Regeneration & Performance and Aesthetics & Wellness. Medical services are delivered by licensed physicians, Heilpraktiker or qualified specialists. IV infusions are administered following Dripfy protocols under medical supervision.

§ 3 Contract formation

A contract is formed when Longevity Rooms confirms a request in writing or by email. Listings and prices on the website are non-binding.

§ 4 Prices & payment

Prices agreed at booking apply, incl. applicable VAT where relevant. Invoicing on-site, by bank transfer or via established payment providers. Protocol packages are billed monthly in advance.

§ 5 Cancellation

Single appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Protocol packages can be terminated with 14 days' notice to the end of the month (text form to info@longevityrooms.de is sufficient).

§ 6 Consumer withdrawal right

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to §§ 312g, 355 BGB for contracts concluded via means of distance communication. The right expires when the service has been fully delivered with the consumer's express consent before the withdrawal period ends.

§ 7 Medical disclosure

All therapies require a medical indication and informed consent. Patients must disclose their health status, current medication, allergies and contraindications truthfully. Longevity medicine is typically a self-pay service in Germany.

§ 8 Liability

Unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence, liability is limited to a breach of essential contractual duties and to foreseeable contract-typical damage.

§ 9 Governing law & jurisdiction

German law under exclusion of the UN Sales Convention. For merchants and legal entities of public law, exclusive jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main. Mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
