FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

If your question isn't here, ask us directly — we reply personally.

How do I know which therapy is right for me?
+
We start with a free 60–90 minute initial consultation. Based on your goals, existing medical records, and a short questionnaire, we recommend a suitable protocol. No therapy is prescribed without clinical indication.
Are the treatments painful or invasive?
+
Most therapies (redlight therapy — also known as photobiomodulation, Pelvi-Chair) are completely non-invasive. Infusions are minimally invasive — just the puncture of the infusion needle. Injections (peptides, PRP) use fine needles, usually with local anaesthesia.
How quickly will I see results?
+
Energy, sleep quality, and mood are reported improved by many patients within 2–4 weeks. Structural changes (biomarkers, inflammation, cellular energy) typically take 8–12 weeks of consistent application.
Are these therapies scientifically validated?
+
Yes. We work exclusively with therapies that have been studied in peer-reviewed clinical trials. These include IV infusions, NAD+, redlight therapy (photobiomodulation), peptide therapies, and ozone therapy. Our journal documents the evidence base for each therapy.
Can I combine multiple therapies in one plan?
+
That's exactly what the three protocol packages (Essential, Performance, Elite) do. They combine complementary therapies on a monthly rhythm. Individual combinations outside the packages are possible with physician approval.
Do I need a medical referral?
+
No. The initial consultation can be booked directly. You can bring existing records — they will be integrated into the protocol.
Are there side effects?
+
As with any medicine: possible, but rare. Infusions can cause short-term warmth or pressure at the puncture site. Serious side effects are extremely rare and are discussed in detail during the initial consultation.
How often should I undergo therapy?
+
It depends on the protocol. Essential foresees ~2–3 appointments per month, Performance 4–6, Elite is individual. Consistency is more important than intensity.
Are treatments tailored for men and women?
+
Yes. Biomarkers, dosages, and protocol rhythm are adjusted based on biochemistry, cycle (for women), age, and goals.
Is this covered by health insurance?
+
Longevity medicine in Germany is predominantly a self-pay service. Individual components (e.g. classic IV infusions) may be reimbursed by private insurers after individual review.
Can I cancel my membership monthly?
+
Yes. All protocol packages are flexible month to month. Annual contracts at reduced prices are available on request.
