2. Logs when visiting the website
We only log technically necessary access data (IP, timestamp, browser type, requested page). Logs are deleted after at most 14 days. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
3. Contact & appointment forms
Data submitted via our contact or B2B forms (name, email, optional phone/company/goal/message) is processed to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. Retained until the request is fully handled and for statutory retention periods.
4. Cookies & local storage
Strictly necessary: one local-storage entry (lr-gdpr-consent) stores your cookie-banner choice. It holds no personal data and never leaves your browser.
Analytics and marketing: cookies and comparable technologies of the services listed in section 6 are set only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner. Until you consent, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are not loaded. Microsoft Clarity loads on every page view but sets no cookies without your consent (see section 6).
Withdrawal: you can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future by clearing site data (local storage and cookies) for longevityrooms.de in your browser settings.
5. Hosting & third parties
Hosted by Vercel Inc. (San Francisco, CA, USA) as data processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Transactional emails via Postmark (ActiveCampaign LLC, USA) under DPA; EU standard contractual clauses apply for US transfers. Our longevity-infrastructure partner Dripfy (dripfy.de) is linked but receives no visitor data from this site.
6. Web analytics, heatmaps & reach measurement
Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel load only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25 (1) TDDDG); without consent no script of these providers runs. Microsoft Clarity is loaded on every page view — see below.
Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin) — aggregated reach measurement with IP anonymisation. Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Dublin) — measuring the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram ads; the pixel boots in a revoked-consent state.
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, Dublin) — heatmaps and pseudonymised session replay to improve usability and find errors. Clarity loads on every page view. Until you consent it runs in Microsoft's consent mode: no cookies, a separate pseudonymous ID per page view, page views are not linked into sessions (legal basis: our legitimate interest in a usable, error-free website, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). If you choose "Accept all", Clarity may set cookies and link page views into a session (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). Objection: choose "Essential only" and Clarity will not load on any further page view. Form input is technically masked and never transmitted to Microsoft; no names, contact details or health-related entries are recorded.
Third-country transfers: processing outside the EU (in particular in the USA) cannot be excluded for these services. Transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, together with the provider's data processing terms. Despite these safeguards, access by US authorities cannot be entirely ruled out; your consent also covers this transfer.
7. Your rights
Rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Send requests to info@longevityrooms.de.
