FAQ

Frequently asked.

Tap a question to read the answer.

Treatment details

Every service, in detail.

Concise, clear explanations of effect, application, duration and medical note — for transparent, informed decisions.

IV Laser Therapy (Weber Medical)

Intravenous laser therapy at a defined wavelength — for microcirculation, cellular function and inflammatory balance.

Effect

Activates cytochrome-c-oxidase in the mitochondria, improves microcirculation and modulates inflammatory processes. Often combined with infusion protocols.

Application

Administered through a venous access, frequently in parallel with a vitamin or NAD+ infusion.

Duration & frequency

30 minutes per session. Typical series: 6–10 sessions over 3–6 weeks.

Note

Gentle, no downtime. Best combined with systemic infusions.

Redlight Therapy (Heilys)

Red and near-infrared light (660 and 850 nm) activating the mitochondria — also known as photobiomodulation.

Effect

Stimulates collagen production, accelerates muscle and tissue regeneration, reduces oxidative stress and supports skin quality and sleep.

Application

Lying or seated in front of clinical redlight panels with documented dosimetry. Dose (J/cm²) adjusted per indication.

Duration & frequency

10–20 minutes per session. 2–3× weekly during the initial phase, 1× weekly for maintenance.

Note

Non-invasive, no downtime. Eye protection is used near the facial area.

Muscle Diagnostics (Myoact)

EMG-based biofeedback for objective measurement of muscle activity — a Class-1 medical device.

Effect

Data-based visualization of muscle weakness, asymmetries and compensation patterns. Especially valuable for athletes, rehabilitation and training planning.

Application

Sensors are placed on the body; active movement tests follow a protocol. Results are documented in a report.

Duration & frequency

30–45 minutes per measurement. Typically 1–3× per year for progress tracking.

Note

Results are integrated into the overall protocol — alongside infusions and regeneration plans.

VO₂max Testing (PNOE)

Precise measurement of maximal oxygen uptake — one of the strongest objective biomarkers for longevity, endurance and cardiovascular health.

Effect

VO₂max is among the strongest predictors of lifespan and healthy years. Breath-by-breath gas analysis yields precise data on mitochondrial efficiency, aerobic capacity and individual training thresholds — objective, reproducible and comparable over time.

Application

Standardized exertion test on ergometer or treadmill with a breathing mask. The PNOE system measures oxygen uptake, CO₂ output and energy expenditure in real time — breath by breath.

Duration & frequency

30–45 minutes per measurement including preparation. Recommended every 6 months (Performance) or quarterly (Elite) for progress tracking.

Note

Results are translated into training, recovery and nutrition protocols. Contraindications in acute cardiovascular conditions are clinically reviewed.

Brain Gym (Gharieni)

Evidence-based mind-body technology by Gharieni — binaural frequencies combined with tactile sound for deep relaxation and cognitive recovery.

Effect

The system combines binaural acoustics with gentle vibrations throughout the body. Documented effects: reduction of stress and anxiety symptoms, support for sleep quality, mood stabilization and support during chronic load. Entrainment targets noticeable mental recovery in a short time.

Application

Lying session on the Gharieni station with headphones and a haptic sound-mattress. Choice between curated programs or personal music. Fully touchless — the user stays clothed.

Duration & frequency

30–45 minutes per session. In the longevity protocol we recommend 6–8 uses per month for measurable effects.

Note

Very well tolerated. Contraindications in severe epilepsy or acute psychiatric conditions are clinically reviewed.

Better Pelvi Chair

High-frequency magnetic resonance for targeted activation of the pelvic-floor muscles.

Effect

A single 28-minute session triggers approximately 25,000 muscle contractions — many times what can be achieved with classic Kegel exercises in the same time. Supports incontinence, pelvic weakness, libido and prostate concerns.

Application

Seated application on the chair — no electrodes or gels, no change of clothes. The magnetic field reaches the target muscles contact-free.

Duration & frequency

28 minutes per session. Recommended series: 6–10 sessions over 3–5 weeks.

Note

Contraindications: pacemaker, metallic implants in the pelvic area, pregnancy.

Oxygen Therapy (Mitovit)

High-concentration oxygen to support cellular respiration and mitochondrial performance.

Effect

Improves ATP production, reduces fatigue and supports recovery after exertion, infection or longer illness.

Application

Via mask or nasal cannula, optionally combined with light exercise (EWOT protocol).

Duration & frequency

20–30 minutes per session. Can be repeated 2–4× weekly.

Note

Well tolerated. Contraindications in advanced COPD are reviewed clinically.

Vein Scanner (Laser Class II)

Infrared-assisted vein visualization — makes subcutaneous veins visible and simplifies every venous access.

Effect

Clinical studies document a higher first-attempt success rate in difficult venous access, reduced puncture pain and measurably lower patient anxiety before and during the procedure. Particularly relevant for frequent infusions, small or deep veins, and anxious patients.

Application

The device projects the vein pattern directly onto the skin, allowing staff to select the optimal access before puncture — no additional burden on the patient.

Duration & frequency

Preparation under 1 minute — integrated into every IV infusion and every blood draw.

Note

Non-invasive and radiation-free (near-infrared light only). No contraindications.
